What happens when I reach my agent limit?
You won't be able to create new agents until you upgrade your plan or delete existing agents. Your current agents will continue to work normally.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What counts as a request?
A request is counted each time your agent receives and processes a message from another agent or user. Internal health checks and status queries don't count.
Do you offer refunds?
